The Park model RV is a classsic choice

Owning a Park model RV is like having a time share or vacation home just better! Why you ask? Simply because you do not have to buy property, you can change the area it’s located in and best of all it is ready when you are not only on your weekend.

A friend of mine Greg B. was nice enough to send me some great pictures of his 2005 42 foot High line Park Model RV he in form’s me this is a excellent company offering a custom floor plan option something that not very common for these type of RV's at this price point.

As you can see by the picture he has everything set up very neat and professional so if you’re thinking of the stereo typical redneck trailer think again,You can make a park model nicer than your house with a little dedication.Greg's particular unit does not have holding tanks so it is piped directly into town water and sewerage.

This unit features two slide outs and a super slide out section dramatically increasing the interior room so the whole family can spread out and not get in each others way.Greg even added a full screened in porch to add some more value and a nice area to sit and relax at the end of the day.

The real charm of having a park model is knowing you already have a place to go even on a minutes notice instead of having to plan, book a site and all the other preparations usually involved with camping When you have decided on buying a stationary unit make sure the area you interested in setting it up in even offers seasonal rentals or allows units like this on site.

I started shopping around to test the market to see what was out there and I found several websites that didn't even post prices how ever I did find the average price for a seven to ten year old unit ranges from $10,000 to around $60,000 depending on model, year, conditions and of course options( your region will affect the price as well).

General information on Park model RVs and other styles can be found in our RV camping section. I would definatley recommend you consider getting some RV insurance like Good Sam's Club for instance because you never know whats going to happen because lets face it life just happens.

Now here!

We have begun our Campground directory starting with our home state of Massachusetts with more states coming very soon! We are now offering a special deal for campgrounds with out their own website, this will mean you will have exclusive access to information about campgrounds at your finger tips.

I invite you now to take a look at the Campground directory.
