 My name is Scott Stone and I began my quest for a online (income) project four years ago and finally began in March 2007 with this website.

  I work two jobs and value any time I have with my family, so Family Camping was an easy subject to build a content based website from. Over the years I have been working on this site I have been in contact with people from all over the world! even a nice guy from Australia were thety call Rving caravaning,web designers from England and even travel agents from  China.

  Last Summer I had a unexpected illness that consumed the rest  of 2010, this is why you will  see differnet style pages since  I was in the process of changing all the pages to this new style when I was derailed for awhile.

On a positive note it appears I am fine now. 

A lot of people Enjoy Family camping

The price of gas,food and everything else going crazy and I can not recommend camping enough especially , by far camping is the best value for any families precious dollar!

Kids love the open air and the freedoom that just hanging out at a campground can offer, we recommend that you give it a try for weekend first to make sure everyone is ok with the conditions.

Kids love to try new things so I would plan a day trip or activity to help keep them busy, nothing can ruin a trip faster for kids than being bored!

JUst the facts....

You will notice that I do not give intense detail or step by step detail and there is a good reason for this, I truly want you to become a avid camper and confusing or frustrating you with a bunch of jargon may just scare you off from a great family activity.

Our goal is to deliver information in a way that is fun and yet informative.

We are adding content all the time so check back often to find out whats new or subscribe to our Rss feed. I find a great deal of satisfaction producing this website so please check back often as it is always growing and changing.

My kids love the outdoors and this activity provides them with some great memories while teaching them to respect nature.

I would like to also bring to your attention if are unsure if your kids will sleep in a tent or want to go camping you can always let them try it out in your back yard.
