Camping In the New Hampshire woods is simply Breath taking

My Web Site: An article that begs to be socialized

Crawford Norch New Hamshire Waterfalls

New Hampshire offer's some of the most beautiful camping in the United States. The natural splendor you can enjoy will provide memories for years to come . The rush of mountain streams, lakes, mountain ranges and even beaches set New Hampshire apart from any other state.

My family enjoyed a camping trip in the Crawford Notch area the summer of 2007 , and we found various state parks, trails and inexpensive ways to fill our days in this gorgeous section of the state.

New Hampshire offers unique vacation options simply because of the various regions in the state. You can enjoy a morning at the beach (Try Hampton beach) drive several hours and hike a Mountain (The Flume gorge our favorite), this is why I love this state so much.

New Hampshire Vacations are not hard to plan when you have the right resources to ensure the trip is a success. The best advice I can give you is start early, do plenty of research and budget carefully.

Many Area's to explore

There are various regions that you can visit the Southern region, Sea Coast region, lakes region and the White Mountains all of these area offer their own charm and attractions.

The South has the Biggest Theme Park

When the kids really want a day trip to a fun park look no farther than Canopie Lake Park this is a family minded park with plenty to offer children of all ages.

When you make plans to visit the park allow yourself at-least a full day trust me their is plenty to do from just taking a swim to visiting their water park called Cast Away Island.

The Southern region also offers some shopping and small town charm as well as camping opportunities.

The Sea Coast is A Cool Place

Beaches are the main reason we visit this region you can find some real interesting houses and old building's here.

You find some interesting seafood places and really soak up the small town charm the sea coast offers, my wife and I have found countless old building(s) in this region so if you like to check out old hotels and estates you can fill a day with just driving around admiring the buildings.

Grab your Canoe and hit the Lake

The lakes region has a large array of camping options and some breath taking landscape and fun family activities on the lakes you can find many little shops to satisfy the urge to shop.

The Majestic White Mountains

Depending on what you have in mind you can really find many opportunities for day trips in this region of New Hampshire.

You can visit Santas Village, Story Land, The Flume Gorge and a personal favorite The Lost River these attractions coupled with great camping make for a attractive vacation destination.

My Kids love Santa's Village and we found the whole visit real enchanting, we feed the reindeer, filled our elf card and even got to visit elf school.

If your past time is hiking look for the basin or flume gorge for a challenge both of these areas offer their own unique charm. I have put together a slide show of our trip to New Hampshire check it out here to get a idea of how gorgeous the White Mountains are. One of my families favorite destinations is the 28 mile Kancamagus Scenic Byway that cuts through the heart of the White Mountains connecting Conway and North Woodstock, we love this simply for the scenery and chance to enjoy nature.

There are many ways to enjoy the the Kancamagus highway hiking, wading in the river or simply enjoying the view from a scenic rest stop.

Now that you have a better understanding of what New Hampshire has to offer you may want to visit our campsite selection area to start your journey the right way.

We have just recently added a section on Camping with Rv's So if that suits your taste a little more than tent camping take a look and start planning your next camping trip.

That sums it up

Well I think this should give you a basic idea of what to expect in New Hampshire however if you want to know more about other parts of the country I suggest you try Easy travel times.com they offer great tips, articles and idea's about vacation destinations around the country.

I would just like to point out that planning is the hallmark of a great vacation so take the time make sure the kids feel like part of the action and just enjoy some family time together.
